He works with organisations across APAC to drive large-scale transformation, with a focus on strategy execution, operational performance, and AI-enabled decision-making.

With a strong industry background in oil and gas and fuel retail, including leadership roles at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, Jayson has led complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and advised executive leadership and boards on navigating performance, risk, and growth.
